About the EFT Thailand Training Centre
The Elite Football Trials Thailand Training Centre is dedicated to training talented football players and providing opportunities throughout the Professional Football Leagues.
With world-class facilities and expert coaching, the Training Centre aims to supply aspiring players with the opportunity to develop their skills and reach their full potential, all while experiencing the amazing culture Thailand has to offer!

Await your Evaluation..
Usually within 24-48 hours, our Evaluations team will provide your assessment to see if you Qualify.

Have your Interview
Arrange your Appointment and impress our Head of Recruitment in a 1-to-1 meeting via phone call.

Arrive in Bangkok!
Get collected from the Airport by our Team. We will then take you to the luxury accommodation. Train with us and get your chance to sign with a Professional Thai Club!
EFT Training Centre Players have Full access to all EFT Facilities.
Training Field
The training centre has well-maintained artificial grass fields, providing ample space for players to practice their techniques.
Swimming Pool
A big swimming pool is available to help all EFT players recover from injuries / soreness and promote muscle recovery.
Accommodation & Food
The academy provides luxury accommodation for players & a private chef who prepares 3 fresh & healthy meals per day.
Gym & Weight Room
A fully-equipped gymnasium with great equipment & dedicated weight room where Players can develop strength and power.
Sports Science Lab
The training centre is equipped with a sports science lab, where players can analyse their performance and receive training plans.
Thai Language Lessons
2-4 hours of studying per week in a classroom setting. A requirement for all players seeking a Professional Football Contract in Thailand.
EFT Coaches & Staff
The EFT Training Centre coaching staff consist of experienced and qualified professionals who are passionate about developing football players. The coaches have a deep understanding of the game and specialise in various areas of football, including:
° Technical Skills: Coaches focus on improving players' technical skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control.
° Tactical Awareness: Coaches assist players in understanding the game's tactical aspects, including positioning, formations, and decision-making.
° Physiological Development: Coaches work closely with players to optimise their physical performance, focusing on strength, speed, and agility.
° Mental Resilience: Coaches help players develop mental resilience and focus, enabling them to cope with high-pressure situations and perform at their best
The Elite Football Trials Thailand Training Centre offers aspiring football players a unique opportunity to develop their skills, gain exposure, and reach their full potential. With world-class facilities, expert coaching, and a comprehensive program, the training centre provides a nurturing environment for players to thrive.
An average day at the EFT Training Centre:
8:00 AM - Wake Up
8:30 AM - Breakfast (Cereal, Eggs, Toast, Oats / Porridge, Fruit)
10:30 AM - Training (2 Hours)
1:00 PM - Lunch
3:00 PM - Video Analysis / Practice Thai Language / Sports Massage / Table Tennis / Pool Table
5:00PM - Training (2 Hours) [followed by Ice Baths]
7:30PM - Dinner
10:00PM - Sleep
The schedule will be different on Match Days. There will be Showcase Games 3-4 times per month against Professional Clubs, Semi Professional Clubs, Thai and International Academy's. All Games will be professionally recorded. Players can create their own Highlight Videos of their best moments from throughout the games using an app called Hudl.
The best Players at the EFT Thailand Training Centre will be sent on trials directly with Professional Thai Clubs.
There will be realistic opportunities for Players to Sign Professional Contracts.
